University of Maryland, College Park Traffic Regulations

I. POLICY

The University of Maryland at College Park enforces the Maryland State Department of Transportation Articles on the campus. Maryland State Uniform summonses are issued by the Campus Police for moving violations. 

The Department of Transportation Services is responsible for the control and flow of traffic, the protection of pedestrians, and the provision of parking spaces to students, faculty and staff.
